We consider complaints regarding the preliminary audit in the amount of 2,840 PLN within a maximum of 7 business days. You can opt-out of browsing the site at any time without giving a reason. If you want to delete your data from our contact database, just one short message is enough. Since 2017, we have recorded only 3 disputed cases that were resolved through agreement. Concrete results, not promises – this principle applies to us also when handling complaints. These regulations may change, which we will always inform you about on this subpage.
